Chinese Bao – in-person – March 30

In this in-person hands-on class, we will make 2 styles of yeasted-dough bao including a steamed Char Siu Bao (BBQ Pork Buns) and pan-fried and steamed Pork Baozi (Pan-fried Pork Buns). We will make dough from scratch, learn to form the bao, and how to cook them. All ingredients included, no experience required! We’ll enjoy some bao in class, made by your own hands, and you’ll also have more bao to take home with you to enjoy later!

One (1) Bao Class Attendee
This is a single attendee for the Chinese Bao class. All attendees will leave with a number of finished bao to take home and enjoy later, and we'll eat some in class too! If attendee is under 18, then the attendee must be accompanied by a sibling/parent/guardian that is over 18. Both will need to register for the class.
