Bagel Subscription — Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction: The Knead & Nosh monthly bagel subscription service (the “Service”) allows customers to purchase a monthly subscription (each 4 weeks) for fresh bagels to be delivered to a specified location.
  2. Enrollment: To enroll in the Service, customers must provide all requested information, including their delivery address and payment information. Customers may choose between different subscription options, such as the number of bagels per month and the types of bagels included in the subscription.
  3. Billing and Payment: Customers will be charged on a recurring monthly basis on the same day of the month they subscribed. The cost of the subscription will depend on the chosen option. If payment is not successful, the customer will not receive their subscription that month, until they update their payment information.
  4. Allergens: Customers assume the risks associated with the production of bagels in a shared commissary kitchen that may process common allergens including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans, and sesame. Click here for more detailed information and ingredient lists.
  5. Delivery: Bagels will be baked and delivered on the same day of the week, every four weeks. Delivery will be completed by US Postal Priority mail, and delivery times will vary based on delivery location. Customer may elect to pick up their bagels in Brunswick, Maine. Pick ups will be available from 10:00 AM to noon on the day the bagels are baked at the MidCoast Hunger Prevention Project’s facility located at 179 Neptune Drive, Brunswick, ME 04011.
  6. Cancellation and Refunds: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to the service, but no refund or credits will be issued for any remaining balance. If payment has already been processed at the time of cancellation, customer will receive one final delivery of bagels.
  7. Changes to Service: We reserve the right to make changes to the Service, including changes to the subscription options and pricing. We will provide notice of any material changes to the Service.
  8. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Knead & Nosh be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Service.
  9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the State of Maine, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
  10. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Knead & Nosh regarding the use of the Service.
