Allergen Information

Knead & Nosh makes every effort to limit cross contamination with common allergens. However, our bagels are produced in a commissary kitchen that is used my multiple food producers and is operated by the MidCoast Hunger Prevention Program. As such, Knead & Nosh bagels are produced in a shared kitchen that may also process common allergens including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, soybeans, and sesame.
