Cinnamon Raisin Bagels

May’s Flavor of the Month will be Cinnamon-Raisin bagels! I make them with a mix of high gluten and whole wheat flour, lots of raisins, and of course cinnamon. Perhaps one of the more infamous bagels on the menu — at least if you are running for mayor of New York City and get caught ordering a cinnamon-raisin bagel with lox and cream cheese!
