It’s been a year since we launched, and when we did, it was with the onion bagel. Made with fresh puréed onion mixed into the dough, these are sure to please the onion bagel fan!
For those of you really paying close attention, I posted in some emails that the Dragon bagel would return this month. I’ve decided to delay that for our February 1st bake since that’s the closest bake to Chinese New Year. February will see 3 bakes, Feb 1, Feb 16, and Feb 29! Dragon bagels will only be available on February 1st! For the 16th and 29th, I’ll feature a different special that I’ll announce later in January!
