Unfortunately, Hurricane Lee took out electricity at the Maine Tasting Center’s Learn Center, so I’ve had to postpone the class to Oct 1, 2023. The good news is that you can still sign up for the class! Better news, I had prepped a lot of the ingredients and such for the class already, so rather than allow it to go to waste, I made mooncakes! I have a limited number of boxes of Cookies & Cream Snowskin mooncakes available for local pick up in Topsham. If you are interested, buy them before it’s too late!
