This month’s special will be Earl Grey Tea bagels. Made by replacing the water in regular bagel dough with a concentrated brewed earl grey tea including the tea leaves! These bagels carry the aroma of earl grey tea. I will feature these for the May 12 and May 26 bake dates. The May 4 bake date will continue with Whole Wheat.
